Open, pop it in, and chew or suck. This allows the caffeine to be absorbed quickly and effectively directly through the lining of your mouth.

We use guarana caffeine because it creates a stable energy curve. That’s how we aim to avoid caffeine crashes, caffeine jitters, and a racing heart.

Because, as described above, we use guarana caffeine. A caffeine crash usually happens with caffeine, coffee, or caffeine consumed with a lot of sugar.

Whether you can still sleep well at night with SUEL depends entirely on you. Our pastilles are specially designed to give you the freedom to adjust your caffeine level individually. Each pastille contains 10 mg of caffeine — except for our Superstrong Sour Ginger variant, which contains 15 mg. This allows you to portion your caffeine intake as needed: whether you choose a calm evening and fall asleep more easily, or whether you want to really get going again in the evening and use the night for studying.

SUEL pastilles contain moderate amounts of caffeine per pastille, but a lot of caffeine per pack. This means you can set your caffeine level freely and individually.

Our product differs significantly from conventional caffeine tablets. Caffeine tablets usually contain 200 mg of caffeine per tablet. Our pastilles are much more balanced. SUEL contains 120 mg of caffeine per pack and 10 mg of caffeine per pastille — an appropriate dose for focus and endurance, and against caffeine jitters and a racing heart.* Thanks to our caffeine dosage, we are much easier and more individually portionable. Plus, our taste makes it pleasant and delicious to snack your way to your optimal caffeine level.


*By comparison, conventional energy drinks contain around 80 mg of caffeine per can.

SUEL is developed and produced in Germany according to the highest quality standards. Far beyond the standard requirements, our production is certified according to EU-GMP and ISO 13485. This means that all processes, from raw materials and development to production, are checked for quality.
